东西伯利亚地区积聚了大量的科研机构,科研活动领域广泛,形成了自己的特点和优势。东西伯利亚地区的每个联邦主体政府机构均设有科技主管部门,对辖区内的科研单位实施协调和管理。东西伯利亚地区开展同我国科技交流与合作的积极性较高并取得了一定的成效。加强与扩大同该地区的科技交流与合作具有很大的潜力。

Accumulation of a large research institutions in East Siberia, extensive field research activities, formed their own characteristics and advantages. East Siberia region of the main government agency in each federal department are equipped with technology, scientific research units within their jurisdiction to implement coordination and management. The enthusiasm of Eastern Siberia regions scientific and technological cooperation with China, was high and achieved some results. Strengthen and expand cooperation with the region~ scientific and technological cooperation had great potential.
