摘要 CoQ10作为线粒体呼吸链的递氢物质具有提供能量、信号传递、抗氧自由基、抗脂质过氧化等作用,在疾病的治疗、日常保健、食品、化妆品等领域有广泛应用。笔者主要针对生物合成CoQ10的途径、相关关键酶和基因工程策略强化生物法生产CoQ10研究进展进行了综述。 Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), as an electron transporter, has the functions of energy conversion, signal transmission and anti-oxidation. It is widely employed in disease treatment, routine care, food and cosmetics additives. This article aims to summarize the pathway, key enzymes of CoQ10 biosynthesis and the gene engineering strategies to enhance its yield.
