摘要
利用XRD ,IR等技术 ,研究了CaO Al2 O3 P2 O5 ZnO系统富玻璃相水泥相组成、结构基团及水化性能 .研究表明 ,通过引入ZnO ,可在 1 45 0°C获得玻晶比达 4以上的磷铝酸盐富玻璃相水泥 .这种水泥熟料以玻璃体为主 ,少量晶相为L相、CA .其水化产物相结构稳定 ,浆体具有早强。
The phase composition, structural unit and hydration activity of glassrich cement in CaOAl 2O 3P 2O 5ZnO system were studied by means of XRD, IR. The results show that aluminophosphate glassrich cement can be prepared by adding ZnO at 1 450 °C. The glass to crystal ratio in the cements can go up to 4. The main phases are glass and miner crystal phases are L, CA. Aluminophosphate glassrich cement has the characters of stable hydrates, early and high strength and steadily growing longterm strength.
