食用油吸附脱色剂对植物油中黄曲霉毒素含量的影响

Influence of edible oils adsorption decolorant on the content of aflatoxin in vegetable oils

以菜籽油为原料,以脱毒率、脱色率以及耗油率为检测指标,考察了几种不同吸附脱色剂对菜籽油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量及品质的影响。结果表明,不同吸附脱色剂的脱毒率、脱色率和耗油率均不同,且经特殊方式处理后的蒙脱石不仅对黄曲霉毒素B1具有较好的吸附脱毒能力,还有助于提高菜籽油品质。

In this study,the rate of detoxification,decolorization and the oil consumption were used as the indexes to research the influence of several kinds of adsorption decolorants on the content of aflatoxin B1 and quality in rapeseed oil. Results showed that different adsorption decolorants had different ability of detoxification,decolorization and the oil consumption,the montmorillonite treated by special modification not only had high adsorption obility of aflatoxin B1,but also effective to improve the quality of rapeseed oil.
