钻孔灌注桩质量控制的探讨

在施工场地狭窄的环境下,钻孔灌注桩作为一种桩基础形式,以其适应性强、成本适中、施工简便等特点被广泛应用于改造工程领域。但钻孔灌注桩属于隐蔽工程,其单桩承载力与施工质量密切相关,必须高度重视并严格控制钻孔灌注桩的施工质量,避免发生事故和事故造成的损失,以利于工程的顺利开展。本文通过对软土地区粉砂层作为桩端持力层的工程实践,对影响钻孔灌注桩质量因素的钻孔垂直度、孔深、孔径、泥浆、砼灌注、桩头质量等方面进行分析探讨,以及对桩基质量检测过程中的监理程序、质量检测应重点控制的内容作了分析。总结介绍了钻孔灌注桩的施工技术及施工质量控制措施,为钻孔灌注桩质量控制提供了较全面的工作思路和方法。

At the under narrow construction site,bored piles are widely used in the field of reconstruction as its moderate cost and easy characteristics.But bored piles belong to hidden works,the bearing capacity of single pile and construction quality is closely related.The construction quality of bored pile must be attach great importance and strictly control to avoid accidents and damage caused by the accident,in order to facilitate the project smoothly.According to engineering practice which powder silty sand as pile-tip bearing stratum,by analysis of quality factors of bored pile such as drilling vertical,hole depth,diameter,mud,concrete poured,the quality of pile head.In quality test of pile foundation and supervision procedures,quality testing should focus on controlling content are analyzed.Construction technology and quality control measures for bored pile were summarized,which provides quality control of bored pile with more comprehensive approaches and methods of work.
