摘要
通过研究开发低透气性煤层内的"钻扩一体化"增透强化抽采技术和相应装备,诱导局部煤层内的煤与瓦斯释放,实现局部区域整体卸压,扩大单个钻孔的有效抽采范围,提高煤层整体的瓦斯抽采效果,从而解决低透气性煤层开采过程中的瓦斯问题。工业性试验表明,"钻扩一体化"卸压增透作业可提高煤层的瓦斯抽采效果。
Through research and development the "drill expanded integration" permeability increasing and strengthen extraction technol- ogy and equipment in coal seam with low permeability, the coal and gas was induced to release in local regions, the whole pressure relief was achieved in these regions. Effective drainage range of single borehole was expanded to improve gas drainage effects of the whole coal seam. By using these measures, gas problems can be solved in the mining process in coal seam with low permeability. Results of indus- trial test show that," drill expanded integration" permeability increasing and strengthen extraction technology can improve gas drainage effects of coal seam.
