摘要
针对回采工作面采空区瓦斯涌出情况,采用深孔定向钻机施工顶板水平走向高位瓦斯抽采钻孔来进行采空区和上隅角瓦斯治理。介绍了高位抽采原理、顶板水平走向高位瓦斯抽采钻孔布置方式及具体参数,分析了矿压显现、钻孔与顶板间的距离以及抽采负压对抽采效果的影响,并提出了相应的建议。该技术的应用,有效地解决了回采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题。
Abstract:According to the gas emission situation of goaf on working face,drillholes along roof strike were constructed by using direc- tional drill for deep drillholes to realize the gas control in goaf and in upper comer. The high-level gas drainage principles, the layout mode of drillholes along roof strike and relevant parameters were introduced,the influence of strata behaviors,the distance between the drillholes and roof,the pumping negative pressure to drainage effect were also analyzed,corresponding recommendations were proposed, too. The application of this technology can effectively solve the gas exceeding limits problem in upper comer of working face.
