摘要
以黄灯笼椒为原料,采用乙醇浸提法,对其辣椒素的提取条件进行初步研究。单因素实验表明,浸提剂乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1∶12,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间120 min,适宜于其辣椒素的提取,辣椒素粗品得率最高可达2.35%。
This experiment adopted traditional solvent extraction to extract capsaicinoids from Capsicum Chinense.The variation range of the following four factors alcohol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were studied by single factor experimental method.The optimum process for capsaicinoids by solvent extraction: The extraction solution of alcohol concentration was 60 %,the solid-liquid ratio counted 1∶12,the extraction temperature was 70 ℃ and the extraction time was 120 minutes.The single extraction coarse product yield was up to 2.35 %.
