摘要
文章采用微波加热离子交换法制备Zn2+-ZSM-5分子筛,分析了交换液浓度、微波功率、加热交换时间等因素对交换度的影响;通过Zn2+与ZSM-5分子筛进行离子交换正交实验,得出实验的最佳条件为:交换原液浓度0.20 mol/L,交换时间11 min,微波反应功率390 W;XRD测试结果表明微波加热对分子筛的晶体结构没有破坏作用。
It was researched the cations exchange of Zn2+with zeolite ZSM-5 under the heating of microwave radiation and the effects of cation concentration,heating time,microwave power on the exchange degrees.And the optimum operation conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment and were as follow: the original concentration of cation was 0.20 mol/L,heating time was 11 min,microwave power was 390 W.Microwave radiation did not destroy the crystal stucture of zeolite ZSM-5.
