腐植酸钾对土壤微生物种类和数量的作用初探 被引量:4

摘要 本实验采用不同浓度的腐植酸钾处理纯培养条件下的烟草青枯菌,研究腐植酸钾对烟草青枯菌的抑制作用。同时将不同浓度的腐植酸钾施加入土壤,研究腐植酸钾对土壤微生物群的作用,为合理利用腐植酸钾来防治植物青枯病提供参考。 Through the use of the different concentration of potassium humate on pure cultivating the solution as the treatment to Ralstonia solanacearum,the experiment is studied with the inhibiting effect of potassium humate on Ralstonia solanacearum,at the same time,the potassium humate will be divided into different concentration in the soil,studyding the effects of potassium humate on the soil microbes,can provide the reference for controlling the tabacco wilt rational with the rational utilization of potassium humate.
