摘要
论文概括了超声波处理技术及其基本理论研究现状,对超声波的机械作用、空化作用、热效应和化学效应做了详细陈述,归纳了超声波在主要应用技术领域的基本作用机理,指出超声波在各行业的应用必定成为今后研究的重点。
In the paper,ultrasonic processing technology and its current situation of basic theory research were generalized.We also made elaborate statement of the mechanical effect,cavitation effect,heating effect and chemical effect of ultrasonic,summarized the basic mechanisms of the main application fields of ultrasonic,pointed out that the application of ultrasonic in various industries will surely become the focus of future research.
