Prevention and Disposal Measures of Deformation of Roof Plate in an Oil Depot

在钢制储罐安装过程中,焊接变形是储罐焊接的一个常见问题,焊接变形控制也是储罐安装的一个难点。焊接变形不但影响美观,还可能会引发各种焊接裂纹。引起焊接变形的因素较多,有可能是焊接工艺引起,也有可能是材料本身残余应力引起。本文结合作者的实际工程经验,从工程实例出发,介绍了拱顶常压成品油储罐,罐顶板制作安装过程中,焊接变形的控制措施以及变形后的补救修复措施。

During the welding of the steel storage tank,welding deformation is one of the frequently questions.The controlling of the welding deformation is one of the difficult points in the tank construction.The welding deformation not only have bad effect on the good appearance,but also can result in all kinds of weld cracks.There are many factors that can result in the welding deformation,like welding procedure or residual stress of the material.In this paper,the writer combine with the practical engineering experience from a project,introducing the controlling measures and the reclamation activities after the welding deformation of the roof plate during the constructing of the dome roof tank.
