摘要
根据餐饮废水特性,设计了混凝气浮-生物接触氧化工艺的一体化装置。装置经过挂膜、负荷提升及稳定运行、投加混凝剂、生物膜恢复、再次提升负荷及稳定运行5个阶段的调试后,出水水质稳定,波动范围TP:0.4~0.5 mg/L,CODcr:80~100 mg/L,NH3-N:1~5 mg/L,TN:5~10mg/L。各水质指标的容积去除负荷最后分别稳定在:0.010~0.015 kgTP.m-3.d-1,2~3 kgCODcr.m-3.d-1,0.04~0.05 kgNH3-N.m-3.d-1,0.05~0.06kgTN.m-3.d-1。
According to restaurant wastewater characteristics,an integrated device of air-flotation/biocontact oxidation process was design.After biofilm formation,load up and stable operation,dosing coagulant,biofilm recovery,raise the load once again and stable operation,the effluent of the device is stable.And the fluctuation range of the water quality as follows: TP: 0.4~0.5mg/L,CODcr: 80~100 mg/L,NH3-N: 1~5 mg/L,TN: 5~10 mg/L.The volume removal load of each water quality index were stability finally as follows: 0.010~0.015 kgTP·m^-3·d^-1,2~3 kg CODcr·m^-3·d^-1,0.04~0.05 kg NH3-N·m^-3·d^-1,0.05~0.06 kgTN·m^-3·d^-1.
