摘要
文章建立了咪鲜胺锰盐的原子吸收分光光度法分析方法。利用盐酸溶液分解样品,用火焰原子吸收法直接测定锰含量,在换算为咪鲜胺锰盐含量,该法简单快速,且准确度和精密度满足测定要求。实验结果表明:咪鲜胺锰盐测定标准偏差为0.0028,变异系数为0.52%。
The paper has set up a atomic absorption spectrometric method for analyzing prochloraz manganese chloride complex.The samples of prochloraz manganese chloride complex were decomposed by hydrochloric acid solution and determined manganese by fire atomic absorption spectrometric.The operation turned simply fast.Moreover,the accuracy and precision met requirements of the measurement.The results showed that the standard deviation of the method was 0.0028,the coefficient of variation was 0.52 %.
