摘要 建立了固相萃取毛细管柱气相色谱质谱分析地表水、饮用水和污水出厂水中的硝基苯类化合物的方法。水中硝基苯类化合物被固相萃取柱吸附,用二氯甲烷对其洗脱,洗脱液浓缩定容后,用气相色谱毛细管柱分离各组分,以质谱作为检测器,进行水中有机化合物的测定。回收率在78%~116%之间;取样体积为1 L时,检出限为0.2~0.3μg/L;RSD%在1.7~4.1。 A method for the determination of aromatic nitro-compounds in surface water,drinking water and sewage water by solid phase extraction(SPE) and capillary gas chromatography mass spectrometry was established.Water sample was extracted to SPE using PEP2 column,eluted with dichloromethane.Then the effluent was Concentrated.Aromatic nitro-compounds were separated by gas chromatography,determined by mass spectrometry.The recoveries were between 78 % and 116 %.When volume of sample was 1 L,the detection limits were between 0.2 μg/L and 0.3 μg/L.The relative standard deviations were in the range from 1.7 % to 4.1 %.
