浅析2J-DM-2000/1.6型计量泵输出流量波动原因

Reasons of the Metering Pump Output Flow Fluctuation Analysis of 2J-DM-2000/1.6 Type

某管道在用2J-DM-2000/1.6型隔膜式计量泵共6台(A、B、C三个末站各两台),用途为将顺序输送过程中所产生的混油(富汽和富柴)进行合理回掺,以提高成品油收率。目前在用的6台计量泵误差较大,对回掺工作影响很大,本文对某管道在用计量泵产生误差的原因进行系统分析。

A pipeline in the diaphragm metering pump a total of 6 units with 2J-DM-2000/1.6（A,B,C three terminal two station）,uses for the mixed oil generated sequence in the process of conveying（rich steam and Fu Chai） reasonable blending,to increase the oil yield.At present,the use of 6 metering pump error is large,a great impact on the back mixing work,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the causes of errors in a pipeline with metering pump.
