工科大学生创新能力培养对策的探讨

Discussion on the Countermeasures for the Training of Engineering Students’ Innovative Ability

为适应经济发展,满足地方企业对人才培养的需要,工科大学生应重点培养其创新能力、应用能力及动手能力。分析了创新能力培养的现状、影响创新能力的因素,并对创新能力培养的对策进行了探讨。

In order to adapt to the economic development,to meet the needs of talents training of local enterprises,Engineering students’ training should focus on the innovation ability,the application ability and the practical ability.The current situation of cultivation to the innovation ability and the influencing factor on the innovation ability were analysised,the countermeasures for the training of the innovation ability were discussed.
