摘要
实验制备了多种表面活性剂组成的液体洗涤剂,然后对复配型表面活性剂进行了一系列的探讨和研究,以及对加入不同助剂后液体洗涤剂的研究。在偏光显微镜下找出其液晶相区域并做出其相图。通过比较不同相图,并以去污力作为优化标准,从而确定了制备液体洗涤剂的优化配方。实验对其洗涤效果、黏度、稳定性、泡沫性能、pH等性能进行了分析。结果表明:原料配比为LAS∶AEO-9=3∶2时所得产品外观透明,稳定性好,去污力强。为此次实验的优化配方。
Preparation of a variety of surfactant composition of the liquid detergent,and then the compound surfactant carried out a series of discussions and research,and to join different liquid detergent additive after the study.In polarized light microscopy to identify the region and to make liquid crystal phase of its plans.By comparison of different plans,and to optimize the detergency as a standard to determine the optimization of liquid detergent formulations.Washing their experimental results,viscosity,stability and performance of the bubble,pH value,and other properties were analyzed.The results showed that: the proportion of LAS: AEO-9 = 3:2,the product appearance of transparency,good stability,Strong detergency.The experiment to optimize the prescription.
