木粉含量对PE基木塑挂墙板性能的影响

The Effects of Wood Flour Content on Properties of Wood-Plastic Composite based PE

以木粉和废HDPE为主要原料,用挤出成型的方法制备木塑挂墙板,试验研究了木粉含量对木塑挂墙板性能的影响。通过性能测试和断面SEM分析,结果表明:随着木粉含量的增加,弯曲模量逐渐增加,弯曲强度和落锤冲击高度先增加后降低,在木粉含量为54%时达到最大值;木粉含量增加,吸水率明显增加,但木粉分散性和耐磨性变差。

It was investigated that the effects of wood fiber content on the properties of wood-plastic composite siding made from wood fiber and recycled HDPE by extrusion method.It was showed that wood fiber content increases MOE gradually,increased MOR and height of drop hammer impact first and decreased after and they go to maximum at 54 %,and increased water absorption obviously,and decreased abrasive resistance and dispersity of wood powder.
