危废焚烧系统中洗涤塔内烟气流动与传热过程数值模拟

摘要 以计算流体力学为基础,采用Euler-Lagrange方法对危险废物焚烧系统中洗涤塔内烟气在喷淋过程中的流动与传热过程建立了数值传热传质模型,在Fluent平台上进行了数值模拟仿真,获得了烟气在流动与降温过程中的速度场、温度场和压力场。并且根据模拟结果有针对性的对模型进行了优化改进。对改进后的模型进行数值模拟,确定所改的结构对流场的影响,为洗涤塔的优化设计提供了指导性意见。 Based on computational fluid dynamics,a model of heat and mass transfer using Euler-Lagrange method was established for the process of flue gas flow and heat transfer with spraying in the spray tower of hazardous waste incineration system,numerical simulation of which was completed on the platform of FLUENT.Distributions of velocity,temperature and pressure were obtained.According to the results,optimized design and compared analysis were adopted.The new results showed the advantage of the improved model,which would provide engineering design with accurate predict.
