摘要
通过对广州市某水厂取水口水源水的处理试验,研究强化混凝与预氯化工艺对除藻去浊效果的影响;同时利用SEM对上清液藻细胞进行拍照。研究表明,"P-PAFC复合混凝剂强化混凝工艺"在处理以直链藻为优势藻的水源水时,其除藻去浊效果远远优于预氯化工艺及普通的混凝工艺;同时,通过SEM扫描图片可见,P-PAFC与PAFC处理后的藻细胞没有损伤;预氯化处理后的藻细胞损伤较为严重。镜检结果表明,强化混凝工艺不会破坏藻细胞,在实际水处理中,可用P-PAFC替代预氯化工艺。
Treatment on the raw water in one of the Guangzhou treatment plants was studied with the enhanced coagulation and pre-chlorination which treated on the alga.Also residue algae cells were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).According to the experimental results,P-PAFC present better coagulation performance when compared with simple PAFC and pre-chlorination-PAFC,including increased algal-removal and turbidity removal.Microscopic examination showed that,P-PAFC/PAFC treated with no damage to algal cells;pre-chlorination of algal cells after injury is more serious.Research presents that the enhanced coagulation process would be of reference and guiding significance to the purification of algae in drinking water.
