丁苯胶乳生产过程中会产生胶皮等杂质,目前常用袋式过滤器过滤,文章介绍的一种自动清洗过滤器可以根据生产需要及时自动清理过滤器,同时不需要更换滤袋,滤芯,操作方便,省时,省力,不仅提高了工作效率,也大大降低了运行成本。目前已经在丁苯胶乳生产线上进行了工业试验,已初步得到成效。
