摘要
针对国内大部分600 MW火力发电机组发电机内冷水存在pH偏低的情况,结合我厂运行经验,介绍了分床处理技术改善发电机内冷水水质的基本原理及该技术在我厂4号机组成功应用经验,有效的提高了系统的pH,对抑制发电机铜线的腐蚀起到了明显的效果。
For most of the domestic 600 MW thermal power unit of generator inner cooling water in pH low situation,combined with the operation experience of our factory,the basic principle of bed processing technology to improve the generator inner cooling water quality and the technology in our factory successful unit 4 application experience,improve the system of pH value,the obvious effect on corrosion inhibition of copper wire of generator.
