加强区域研究,提升地方高校实验室文化软实力

On Improving the Cultural Soft Power of Laboratories in Local Universities by Enhancing the Area Studies

在区域经济不断发展的今天,各个高校的硬实力得到不断的充实,地方高校与重点大学在硬实力方面的差距正在缩小;因此高校之间的竞争,正日趋于转向软实力方面的竞争。而实验室文化软实力是高校文化软实力的重要载体,如何加强高校实验室文化软实力的建设,就显得更加重要。地方高校受所处区域及人们传统意识的影响,在实验室文化软实力建设方面,难与重点大学抗衡。如何迅速提升地方高校实验室文化软实力,笔者认为还得回到地方高校的载体——所处区域来,通过加强区域研究,通过特色研究,做出成绩;实现人优我赶,人无我有,从而提升地方高校实验室文化软实力。本文以韩山师范学院实验室文化软实力建设为例,在此基础上探讨提升地方高校实验室文化软实力的区域研究策略。

With the development of regional economy,the gap between local colleges and top universities is being narrowed in terms of hard power,which has been continuously enriched by most of the universities;hence,the competition between universities tends to shift from hard power to soft one.Since cultural soft power in labs is one of the major carriers in universities’ soft power,how to strengthen it seems to be even more important.In terms of the development of cultural power in labs,local colleges could hardly compete with top universities,for the former is restricted by the local area and its traditional ideas.In the author’s opinion,how to improve it with a rapid speech should be relied on the area studies,especially the studies of its characteristics.Likewise,keeping up with what other universities have and possessing what they don’t have is also an effective way to improve it.This paper mainly studies the strategies of improving the cultural soft power in labs of local universities based on the example of that of Hanshan Normal University.
