通过一条DN500高粘度重质原油长输管线的设计、建设、通球和投用,克服了原油粘度大,直接船泵输送动力不足等困难,成功将设计原油输送进厂。管道使用方在管道投用前较好的组织了原油管道首次通球清洗,通过使用压缩空气作推力,成功进行了原油管道的通球试验。在管道投用后,不断摸索和积累经验,降低管线的使用成本,较好的满足了生产需要。

Through a high viscosity and heavy crude oil long pipeline design,construction,pigging test and application,to overcome the oil viscosity and directly pump without the limitation of pump power,and transport crude oil into the plant successfully.Pipeline consumer successfully conducted a crude oil pipeline pigging test by using compressed air as power,after the pipeline is put into use,we continuously explore and gain experience,reduce the cost of using the pipeline,the better to meet the production needs.
