摘要
文章研究目的是研究脉冲式均质器在食品微生物快速检测前处理中的影响和效果。通过对样品分别进行脉冲法、拍打法、搅拌法的前处理,使用快速检测法和国标法进行比对试验,得出脉冲振荡处理样品稀释液不会对微生物造成杀灭作用,在快速检测中不造成干扰的结果。在微生物快速检测中,使用脉冲式均质器均质可提高工作效率和减少检测的干扰性,适合应用于食品微生物快速检测前处理中。
The paper attempted to study the effect of pulsed homogenizer in pretreatment of fast food microbeological analysis.Compared with the fast test method and national method,the samples were used pulse,tapping and stirring methods in food pretreatment.No germicidal effect was observed when the sample dilution was treated using pulsed homogenizer.There was no interference in fast test.So the pulsed homogenizer was adequate for the pretreatment of fast food microbiological analysis to improve efficiency and reduce interference.
