教育实习是教师职前教育的重要组成部分,是师范生理论与实践的初步结合过程,对教师的职前培养具有极为重要的意义;但我国传统的教育实习却存在许多弊端,难以适应当前的基础教育课程改革的推进;要改变这一现状,用"顶岗实习"新模式替代传统的教育实习模式是一种可取的方法;"顶岗实习"有利于拓展教育实习的目标,关注教育教学的现实世界,构建以问题与情境为核心的教育实习内容体系,并在此基础上形成教育实习的立体模式。
