教师职前教育实习的新模式——顶岗实习 被引量:2

摘要 教育实习是教师职前教育的重要组成部分,是师范生理论与实践的初步结合过程,对教师的职前培养具有极为重要的意义;但我国传统的教育实习却存在许多弊端,难以适应当前的基础教育课程改革的推进;要改变这一现状,用"顶岗实习"新模式替代传统的教育实习模式是一种可取的方法;"顶岗实习"有利于拓展教育实习的目标,关注教育教学的现实世界,构建以问题与情境为核心的教育实习内容体系,并在此基础上形成教育实习的立体模式。 Education practice is an important part of the education for a normal college graduate to become a real teacher, is an initial process for a normal college graduate to combine theory with practice and is of significanc to pre-service training of a teacher, however, China' s traditional education practice has many shortcomings, whic are difficult to suit the reform of current basic education curriculum. In order to change the situation, it is a feasibl method to use "practically teaching as a real teacher" to replace traditional education practice model.
