摘要
目的监测儿科重症监护病房(PICU)感染病原菌的分布,并分析病原菌抗药性情况。方法分析68例PICU患儿160份标本,通过培养监测标本病原菌分布,通过药敏试验检测病原菌耐药率。结果 160份标本,经病原菌培养后96株菌株呈阳性,阳性率占60%。其中含有革兰氏阴性菌46株(47.9%),革兰氏阳性菌35株(36.5%),真菌15株(15.6%)。结论儿科重症监护病房(PICU)内患儿发生细菌感染率高,影响治疗效果,临床应通过细菌耐药性监测有针对性的使用抗生素。
Objective To monitor the distribution of infectious pathogens in pediatric ICU (PICU), and analyze the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria. Methods Analysis 160 specimens of 68 children in PICU.And to monitor pathogen distribution by cultivating specimens, to detect pathogens resistant rate through drug sensitive test. Results 96 cases bacterial strains were positive, the positive rate was 60%, Which contains 46 cases of the gram negative bacilli (47.9%), 35 cases of gram positive bacilli (36.5%),15 cases of fungi (15.6%). Conclusion The bacterial infection rate in PICU is high, which can influence the therapeutic effects, So the bacterial drug resistance should be monitored before using antibiotics.
