消肿膏外敷加针灸治疗软组织损伤疗效分析

Analysis of Detumescence Ointment plus acupuncture curative effect in the treatment of soft tissue injury

目的探讨消肿膏外敷加针灸治疗软组织损伤的疗效。方法 2011年9月—2013年3月,我门诊处软组织损伤患者137例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组68例,对照组69例。对照组采用传统治疗方法进行治疗,治疗组采用自制消肿膏外敷配合针灸治疗,4～10d后,对疗效进行观察分析。结果治疗组痊愈45例,显效16例,总有效率97.05%,对照组痊愈21例,显效19例,总有效率68.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消肿膏外敷加针灸对治疗软组织损伤有着显著的疗效,值得进一步临床推广应用和研究。

Objective To explore the effect of detumescence： external application plus acupuncture for treating soft tissue injury. Methods From 2011 September to 2013 year in March, I the out-patient department soft tissue injury of 137 cases patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 68 cases in treatment group, 69 cases in the control group. The control group used the traditional treatment, the treatment group using self-made detumescence plaster with acupuncture treatment, 4-10 days, effects were observed and analyzed. Results The treatment group 45 cases were cured, effective in 16 cases, the total efficiency was 97.05%, control group 21 cases were cured, effective in 19 cases, the total efficiency of 68.12%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Detumescence Ointment plus acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of soft tissue injury, worthy of further clinical application and research.
