摘要
目的探讨分析坦索罗辛治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法对我院2008年10月—2009年6月接受诊治的80例前列腺增生症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为两组,观察组40例口服坦索罗辛每次0.2mg,1次/d,连服4周;对照组40例口服盐酸特拉唑嗪每次2mg,1次/d,连服4周,观察患者治疗前后前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(MFR)、生活质量评分(QOL)、残余尿量、血压、前列腺体积的变化和不良反应发生率,并进行统计分析。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后IPSS评分、QOL和残余尿量均显著改善,最大尿流率也显著升高,前列腺体积无明显变化;服药前后相比,观察组血压无明显变化,对照组血压显著下降;观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,对照组为22.50%。结论应用坦索罗辛治疗前列腺增生起效快,可有效改善患者的下尿路症状,安全性高,副作用少,有良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tamsulosin in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital from 2008 October to 2009 June for treatment were analyzed retrospectively, and were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 40 cases of oral Tanzania Sorosin 0.2mg each time, 1 times a day, and even served 4 weeks; 40 patients in control group were treated with terazosin hydrochloride 2 mg each time, 1 times a day, and even served 4 weeks, observe prostate symptom score of patients before and after treatment (IP SS), maximal urinary flow rate (MFR), quality of life score (QOL), residual urine volume, blood pressure, prostate volume and the incidence of adverse reactions, and statistical analysis. Results Compared with before treatment, two groups of patients after treatment, IPSS score, QOL and residual urine volume were significantly improved, the maximal urinary flow rate also increased significantly, prostate volume did not change significantly; compared with the observation group before and after treatment, no significant changes in blood pressure, control blood pressure decreased significantly; the observation group the incidence of adverse reaction was 5%, the control group was 22.50%. Conclusion The application of Tanzania Sorosin for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia fast onset of action, can effectively improve the patients with lower urinary tract symptoms, high safety, less side effect, good curative effect.
