Objective To analyze the stability of lumbar spine study training methods for patients with chronic non-specific low back pain clinical effect. Methods I was admitted to hospital in 2006-2009 30 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain as the object of study of this set of experiments, the 30 patients were randomly divided into a control group and the experimental group, 15 patients in the control group were subjected to a magnetic heat treatment the experimental group were then taken to the lumbar spine stability training methods for treatment of the two groups of patients before and after treatment the degree of pain and dysfunction were evaluated. Results The two groups of patients after appropriate treatment, pain and dysfunction has been some improvement, but the experimental group was pain in patients with low back pain dysfunction improve the situation even more evident when compared with the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Lumbar stability training method is the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain is an effective method that can reduce the patient's pain level, improve the patient's dysfunction, with a high clinical value.
