摘要
血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)是肾素血管紧张素系统(RAS)的新成员,是新发现的血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的相关酶。ACE2的主要作用是降解血管紧张素II(AgnII),生成7肽的血管紧张素-1～7(Agn1～7)。在RAS中,ACE2与ACE可能产生相反的效应。研究发现,ACE2与高血压、心力衰竭、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)及肾脏、生殖系统疾病都有密切联系。
Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 is a new member of the reninan-giotensin system.it is a newly discovered peptide- carboxylase related to angiotensin-converting enzyme. The main function of ACE2 is to degrade angiotensin Ⅱ and generate angiotensinl-7. In reninan-angiotensin system, ACE2 and ACE may have opposite balancing functions.It has been showed that ACE2 is closely involved in hypertension, heart failure, ARDS, and disease of kidney and reproductive system.
