老年患者脑血管储备功能的血管危险因素分析

Analysis of vascular risk factors in elderly patients with cerebral vascular reserve function

目的调查研究老年患者脑血管储备功能的血管危险因素。方法对我院68例老年患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照是否存在血管危险因素均分成存在危险因素的观察组与正常因素的对照组。结果观察组屏气指数(BHI)为(0.56±0.17)与对照组的(1.33±0.32)相比具有显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论老年患者存在血管危险因素时脑血管储备功能便会下降,高血压、糖尿病、高血脂以及吸烟习惯对患者的血管储备功能产生较大影响,应对其产生高度重视。

Objective To investigate the study of cerebrovascular reserve function in elderly patients vascular risk factors. Methods 68 cases of elderly patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether there is the presence of vascular risk factors were divided into observation group of risk factors and the normal control group of factors. Results The breath holding index （BHI） was （0.56±0.17） and （1.33±0.32） in the control group compared with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Eiderly patients with vascular risk factors and cerebrovascular reserve capacity will decrease high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and smoking habits of a patient＇s blood vessel function reserve a greater impact, response which produces highly valued.
