高频彩超诊断腱鞘囊肿的应用

The Application for High Frequency Color Doppler in Diagnosing of Ganglion Cysts

目的探讨高频彩超诊断腱鞘囊肿的应用价值。方法对彩超诊断腱鞘囊肿86例患者在本院手术并经过病理证实的声像图资料进行回顾分析。结果腱鞘囊肿83例,符合率为96.5%;其中手腕部54例,踝关节周围20例,手指关节6例,膝关节3例。另有腱鞘巨细胞瘤2例,神经鞘瘤1例,共3例误诊为腱鞘囊肿,误诊率占3.4%。结论彩超诊断腱鞘囊肿无创伤、无放射、操作方便、符合率高,为临床确定治疗方案提供有利依据。

Objective To investigate the value of high frequency Color Doppler for diagnosis of ganglion cysts. Methods Results of Color Doppler examination were evaluated in 86 patients with ganglion cysts after operation by pathologic study. Results Found 83 cases of ganglion cysts, the coincidence rate was 96.5%, of which 54 cases of artifice, 20 cases of around ankle, 6 cases of finger joint, 3 cases of knee joint. In addition, found 2 cases of tendon sheath giant-cell tumor, 1 case of neurilemmoma, which were misdiagnosed as ganglion cysts, misdiagnosis rate of 3.4%. Conclusion The Color Doppler diagnosis of ganglion cysts shows many benefits with no trauma and radiation, easy to operate, high coincidence rate, it can provide a favorable basis for clinical treatment.
