摘要
研究目的:探讨一定区域内土地利用类型在时空上的配比关系,优化土地利用结构,实现土地合理利用目标。研究方法:spss回归分析与1stOpt非线性规划方法。研究结果:依据北京市1992~2009年城市土地利用分类数据,确定目标函数与地类配比约束方程,在考虑环境效益、社会效益的条件下,建立了一个最优化非线性规划模型,模拟得出了北京市城市土地利用的最优化结构,对比北京市土地利用现状与最优化结构,提出了北京市城市用地结构调整方案。
The purpose of the paper is to optimize the land use structure by studying the spatio-temporal allocated proportion of land use types in certain area,and to reach optimum goals of ecological,economic and social benefits of land use system.Methods of the system optimization and non-linear programming were employed.Based on the date of urban land use structure in Beijing from 1992 to 2009,the paper figures out the constraint equation matching the objective function and land use types by dint of the SPSS software;sets up an optimized non-linear programming model considering environmental and social benefits;educes the optimized structure of urban land use in Beijing by dint of the LSTOPT mode;proposes the adjustment scheme of urban land use structure in Beijing by contrasting the present land use structure and the optimized structure.
