Discussion on Geographic Information System Development of Urban Drainage Network

阐述了GIS(地理信息系统)的概念、特点以及GIS技术应用的范围,分析了城市排水管网资源与GIS技术的紧密相关特性。以城市排水管理水务部门应用需求为基础,提出了基于GIS技术的城市排水管网地理信息系统结构设计、数据库设计、专题空间地理信息数据设计、功能设计等。最后,结合大庆市高新技术开发区排水管网地理信息系统项目设计开发,展示了项目部分开发内容。

The paper elaborates the concept of GIS（Geographic Information System）,the characteristics,the range of applications of GIS technology,and the close relationship between the characteristics of the urban drainage network resources and GIS technology.Based on the application requirements of the water sector in urban drainage management,the paper puts forward the structural design of urban drainage network geographic information system based on GIS technology,database design,thematic geospatial information data design,and functional design.Finally,based on the case of the drainage network geographic information system of Daqing Hi Tech Development Zone,the paper shows part of the develop content of the project.
