尺桡骨远端骨折手法整复闭合复位加石膏外固定临床疗效

目的对治疗尺桡骨远端骨折的方法进行分析和探讨。方法该院在2008年1月—2013年1月期间,对收治的尺桡骨远端骨折283例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将这些患者进行随机分组,分成治疗组(182例)和对照组(101例)。在治疗组中:对患者进行尺桡骨远端骨折手法整复闭合复位加石膏外进行固定。在对照组中:对患者进行尺桡骨远端骨手法整复闭合复位外支架固定。对两组患者治疗的效果进行比较和分析。结果两组患者没有出现畸形愈合和断裂以及再次骨折情况。治疗组的优良率为91.89%;对照组患者的优良率为72.98%。两组患者的治疗优良率比较,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用尺桡骨远端骨折手法整复闭合复位加石膏外进行固定,具有非常好的疗效,并且操作简单;固定可靠;出现的并发症少;患者的愈合率高等特点,在临床上值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the method of treatment of fractures of the distal radius and ulna. Methods In our hospital from 2008 January to 2013 year in January period, the distal radius and ulna fracture treated 283 patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. At the same time, these patients were randomly divided into two groups, divided into the treatment group （182 cases）and the control group （101 cases）. In the treatment group： manual closed reduction and plaster external fixation of fractures of the distal radius and ulna of patients. In the control group： the distal radius and ulna bone manipulation of closed reduction and external fixation for patients. Comparison and analysis of two groups of patients the effect. Results Of the two groups were no malunion and fracture and fracture situation again. In the treatment group： the excellent and good rate of the patients was 91.89%; in the control group： the excellent and good rate of the patients was 72.98%. Comparison of the cure rate of the patients in the two groups, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of fractures of the distal radius and ulna, fracture manipulative reduction with closed reduction and plaster external fixation of the distal radius and ulna, has the very good curative effect, and simple operation; fixation; complications; patients healing rate higher characteristic, is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
