目的分析微生物实验室间质量控制结果,探讨提高实验室技术水平及能力的方法。方法收集该院收到的盲样菌种予以分离培养,并进行生化鉴定以及血清学鉴定。结果本组盲样抽检出蜡样芽孢杆菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌,上报上级疾病预防控制中心,结果均完全正确。结论加强室间质控考核可促进实验室管理体系的改进和完善,提高检验人员的专业素质和专业水平,确保测定数据的客观性、真实性和准确性。
