摘要
目的本研究主要就院前急救护理中潜在的安全隐患以及应对措施展开分析讨论。方法选择该院2010年1月—2012年1月所接到的急救电话资料作为研究对象,对其急救护理的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2011年,该院护士在综合水平的提升方面明显优于2010年,患者的满意度有了明显的提升,救护车的出车时间也明显缩短,它们之间的差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论为了提高院前急救护理的质量,医院就必提高120的接听应急能力,须强化人员配备、加强急救护理人员的专业技能培训,在急救前做好充分的准备工作,这样不仅可以缩短救护车的出车时间,而且还可以提高院前抢救的成功率。
Objective This study mainly on pre-hospital emergency care in potential safety hazards to analyze and discuss countermeasures. Methods Our hospital in January 2010-2012 in January we have only received emergency telephone information as the research objec, the relevant information on its emergency care were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 2011, our hospital nurses to enhance the overall level significantly better than in 2010, patient satisfaction has been significantly improved, ambulance trip time is also significantly reduced, the difference between them was statistically significant, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of pre-hospital emergency care, the hospital shall improve emergency response capacity to answer 120 shall strengthen staffing, enhance the professional skills of nurses aid training, first aid fully prepared before work, so not only can shorten the ambulance trip time, but also can improve the success rate of prehospital rescue.
