摘要 目的探讨阿司匹林及非甾体消炎药对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)生长的影响。方法通过14c尿素呼气试验(14c-urea breath test,14c-UBT)及抽静脉血检测血清Hp抗体对82例服用阿司匹林及非甾体消炎药患者及65例健康对照者检测比较HP阳性率。结果服用阿司匹林及非甾体消炎药患者与健康对照组之间Hp感染有明显差异。结论阿司匹林及非甾体消炎药可能对幽门螺杆菌生长产生抑制作用。 Objective To explore the effects of aspirin and non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs on the growth of H.pylori. Methods 82 patients with aspirin and non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs and 65 healthy subjects were investigated for Hp infection by means of 14c urea-breath and serum hp antibody detection test. Results The positive rate of Hp was significantly lower in the patients with aspirin and non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs than that in healthy subjects. Conclusion The result show Inhibitory effects of aspirin and non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs on the growth of Hp.
