30例老年肺炎患者的临床诊治分析

Clinical analysis of 30 case of peneumonia in the elderly patients

目的探讨老年肺炎患者的临床治疗特点及临床治疗方法。方法选取本院老年肺炎患者30例,观察患者临床的具体表现,观察患者临床表现特点及治疗效果。结果老年肺炎患者起病隐匿性较高,患者症状不典型。选取的30例老年肺炎患者经过治疗,治愈26例,好转3例,自动出院1例。结论老年肺炎患者治疗过程中要尽快明确其致病菌,科学使用抗生素,保证患者机体内电解质及酸碱平衡等。

Objective To investigate clinical features and clinical treatment of senile pneumonia patients. Methods 30 cases of senile pneumonia patients who treated in this hospital were observed with clinical manifestation, then observe the effect of clinical characteristics and treatment of patients＇. Results Elderly patients with pneumonia onset occult higher, in patients with atypical symptoms. A total of 30 cases of senile pneumonia patients after treatment, 26 cases were cured, 3 cases improved, 1 cases were discharged automatically. Conclusion As soon as possible to clear the pathogen to elderly patients with pneumonia during treatment, using antibiotics scientifically, then can ensure the oatients body electrolyte and acid-base balance.
