低分子肝素钙联合硝酸甘油雾化吸入治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疾病发作69例

Study of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with nitroglycerin inhalation in treating 69 cases of the disease of chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨低分子肝素钙联合硝酸甘油雾化吸入治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疾病的临床疗效。方法 138例慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作患者,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予低分子肝素钙联合硝酸甘油雾化吸入治疗。结果观察组总有效率为92.75%高于对照组81.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血流动力学指标与治疗前相比均有所改善,且观察组血流动力学指标改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙联合硝酸甘油雾化吸入治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效佳,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with nitroglycerin inhalation clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 138 cases of chronic cor pulmonale patients, divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with nitroglycerin inhalation therapy. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 92.75% higher than 81.16% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, hemodynamic indexes, compared with before treatment, the two groups have improved. And, improve hemodynamics of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with nitroglYcerin inhalation in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, good curative effect, the author suggested that clinical application.
