摘要
医疗机构分工协作机制是深圳市深化医药卫生体制改革、构建基本医疗卫生体制的重要内容之一,本文通过分析深圳市目前医疗机构分工协作机制的情况和存在问题,提出从资源配置、制度设置、标准细化、技术保障、能力提升等方面进一步推动医疗机构分工协作机制的深化落实,达到整合医疗卫生资源,提高人们医疗质量的效果。
The mechanism of co-operation based on division of labor in medical restitutions is part of aeepenmg reform and constructing the medical and health system in Shenzhen. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of co-operation based on division of labor mechanism in Medical institutions in Shenzhen, the author tries to give some advice on resource allocation, system installation, standard specification, technical support and ability enhancement, in order to promote the deployment of co-operation based on division of labor mechanism, achieve the effectiveness of integrating medical and health resource and boosting medical quality.
