Humans have been paying special attention to the importance of reflection to self—development.Reflection is the bridge between understanding and practice.Teaching reflection is the premise for teachers to explore and go beyond themselves and the key for teachers to develop professionally and adapt to the reality.Teaching reflection is of important value to the generation of teaching wisdom.Teachers need to study their own teaching practice,reflect on a different stand and write reflection diaries to enhance teaching reflection and generate teaching wisdom.
