安东尼·拉布里奥拉是意大利马克思主义者,也是第二国际著名的理论家。他对＂批判的共产主义＂学说的创造性理解集中表现在《论历史唯物主义》（1896）一书中对意识形态的相对独立性问题的阐发上。拉布里奥拉凭借其在哲学上的深厚修养,对马克思的唯物史观做了全面系统的阐述,并对许多理论给予出色的丰富和发展。

Anthony Labriola(1843—1904) is a Marxist from Italy and also one of the most famous theorists of the Second International.His creative understanding of the "Critique of Communism" theory embodies a concentrated expression of the relative independence of ideology elucidated in the book called " On Historical Materialism"(1896). Labriola,by virtue of his profound accomplishment in philosophy,did a comprehensive and systematic exposition of the Marxist historical materialism and gave excellent enrichment and development to many theories.
