在人文视域下构建高校和谐思想政治教育

Building Harmonious University Ideological and Political Education in the Humanistic Perspective

和谐思想政治教育是基于我国思想政治教育实效性较差的现状而提出来的命题，也是中共中央提出构建社会主义和谐社会以来的热点问题。对于高校来说，要构建和谐思想政治教育，需要在人文视域下改变传统的思想政治教育理念，使用充满人文关怀“对~4,t：-g”、“个性教育”、“情感教育”等教育方法，并根据实际建立思想政治教育的长效机制，以保证和谐高校思想政治教育取得切实的效果。

Harmonious ideological and political education is a theme brought up in the wake of the current relatively ineffective situation facing ideological and political education in our country. It has been a hot issue since the Party Central Committee initiated its construction of a socialist harmonious society. For high learning institutions, building harmonious ideological and political edication calls for changing traditional ideas in the humanistic perspective, and building a permanent mechanism by using humanistic educational approaches such as conversational education, individuality education and affective education according to practical conditions. It is designed to ensure that a practical instructive effect of harmonious ideological and political education can be achieved.
