农民工养老保险基金的保值增值困境

On the Difficulty in Inflation—proofing and Appreciation of the Endowment Fund of Migrant Workers

我国的社保基金由于实行基金积累制以及我国金融资本市场发展不完善的原因，大多存在保值增值困难的问题。农民工养老保险的对象是农民工这一特殊群体，特殊性导致农民工养老保险基金的保值增值困境表现得更突出。基金保值增值困境的突破是从基金筹集和监管入手的，因此从这两方面分别阐述基金保值、增值困境的表现以及突破的方法是要研究的内容。

Due to the current fund accumulation system and the incompletely--development of domestic financial capital market, most of China＇s social security fund faces the difficulty in inflation--proofing and appreciation. Migrant workers＂ endowment insurance aims for the special group, making the inflation-- proofing and appreciation a particularly stricking problem. Breaking the dilemma of inflation--proofing and appreciation of the endowment fund must be strated with fund accumulation and supervision. Therefore, the paper focuses its study on analyzing the reflections and countermeasures of endowment fund inflation--proofing and appreciation.
