基于人与组织匹配理论的人力资源准备度提升策略——以转型中的制造业为例

摘要 当前,制造业面临着转型的压力,成功实现转型的关键是人才,因此,提高转型企业人力资源准备度具有至关重要的作用。传统制造业向生产服务贸易转型更有利于企业在新一轮市场竞争中赢得优势。在新的战略体系下,基于个人一组织匹配理论,从价值观匹配和能力匹配两个维度来分析关键战略群组的人力资源准备度状况,并相应提出了提高人力资源准备度的基本策略。 The current manufacturing industry is facing the pressure of transformation and the key to successful transformation is talent resources. Therefore it it crucial to improve the human resources readiness in transformational corporations. Traditional manufacturing enterprises which transform to focus on producton and service trade can enjoy more advantages in the new round of market competition. Based on the theory of person--organization matching, the paper analyses the human resources readiness situation in the two dimensions of value matching and capability matching under the new strategic system, and brings up fundamental strategies designed to enhance human resources readiness.
