农民专业合作社发展现状研究——以山东省茌平县为例

Reaserch of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives' Development Status——Case in Shandong Chiping

随着"三农"经济的发展,农民专业合作社应运而生。它在一定程度上改变了农户小户生产、分散经营的现状,提高了农户的市场竞争力,优化了农村经济结构,促进了农业产业化发展。但现阶段,农民专业合作社仍处于初级阶段,融资困难、机制不健全、服务层次低等问题较为突出,制约其快速健康发展,该文通过深入剖析山东省茌平县农民专业合作社发展现状,并提出有针对性的对策建议。

With the＂three rural＇economic development, farmer cooperatives came into being, it has changed the farmers＇ mode of production： improving the farmers＇ market competitiveness, optimizing the rural economic struc- ture,promoting agricultural economic development. But at this stage,farmer cooperatives are still in its infancy,fi- nancing difficulties, mechanism is not perfect, and low levels of service problems are more prominent, those re- strict its rapid and healthy development.This paper analyzed the farmer cooperatives development situation in Chiping County,and proposed targeted policy recommendations.
