摘要
目的研究半剂量99mTc-MIBI双时相断层显像在乳腺肿块诊断中的价值。方法选择220例乳腺肿块患者,随机分为半剂量组(99mTc-MIBI注射剂量370 MBq)和传统剂量组(99mTc-MIBI注射剂量740 MBq),行99mTc-MIBI双时相断层显像。分别计算乳腺肿块早期相、延迟相的放射性比值(T/NT),并对乳腺癌的诊断效率进行比较。结果半剂量组良性病变患者早期相T/NT高于延迟相T/NT(P<0.05),恶性病变患者早期相T/NT高于良性病变患者(P<0.05)。传统剂量组良性病变患者早期相T/NT高于延迟相T/NT(P<0.05),恶性病变患者早期相T/NT高于良性病变患者(P<0.05)。两组早期相、延迟相T/NT比较差异均无统计学意义。两组对乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异性、准确性差异无统计学意义。结论半剂量99mTc-MIBI双时相断层显像在乳腺肿块的诊断中具有良好的图像质量,不影响临床疾病的诊断,且辐射剂量减少一半。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of half the radiation dose double-phase 99mTc-MIBI tomographic imaging in breast lesions.Methods A total of 220 patients with breast lesions were randomly divided into half the radiation dose group(99mTc-MIBI injected dose was 370 MBq) and the conventional dose group(99mTc-MIBI injected dose was 740MBq).All patients underwent double-phase 99mTc-MIBI tomographic imaging in breast lesions.The early phase and delayed phase of radioactivity ratio(T/NT) of breast lesions were calculated separately,and the diagnostic efficiency of breast cancer was compared.Results The early phase T/NT in half the radiation dose group of patients with benign lesions was higher than the delay phase T/NT(P〈0.05),and the early phase T/NT in patients with malignant lesions was higher than that in patients with benign lesions(P〈0.05).the early phase T/NT in the conventional dose group of patients with benign lesions was higher than the delay phase T/NT(P〈0.05),and the early phase T/NT in patients with malignant lesions was higher than that in patients with benign lesions(P〈0.05).T/NT comparative differences had no statistical significance in two groups between the early phase and the delayed phase(P〈0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of breast cancer had no statistically significant difference in two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion Half the radiation dose double-phase 99mTc-MIBI tomographic imaging in breast lesions has good image quality,and it doesn't affect the clinical diagnosis and reduce half of radiation dose.
